Appreciate the difference

Create and encourage a new appreciation of humankind — not based on our mammal nature alone, but on what makes us different from every other species.

Sacred achievements

Electricity, refrigeration, antibiotics, engines, radio, spaceflight — they arrived too late to be mythologized. Hevdel restores awe to what we built.

Allow humankind a way to progress by re-framing the achievements of modernism as religious inspiration — a mythology worthy of what we actually built.

We congregate around truth-seeking and moral progress so we do not fight each other until the end of all generations.

Like Python, Hevdel is dynamic. Principles evolve as humanity learns. Nothing is frozen by divine decree.

We can learn about emotions from animals; when it comes to intelligence, humans must assume responsibility. The one thing we forbid is praying with locked hands — getting up and doing what needs to be done, for our communities and the human race.
